Poor sevice

I ordered clothes from shein that i wanted for a specific event. Firstly the goods arrived very late, i kept on tracking and calling the courier but to no avail. When i finally received it , Buffalo **** and said they delivered my goods three times and there was no one home, which is a lie. When i openned it the quality was not good especially the mens suite!

I then logged in and returned the order cause i do not need it anymore, i received the message to say the courier ( Buffalo) that the goods will be collected in two days.. i waited but no one came.

On the 3rd of November i returned the goods again, i received the same colkection message which never happened to date.

I am dissapointed cause now im seating wirh clothes i dont need i cant even give away cause the quality is bad, and i spent my money on it.
