Poor services from customer desk

Very disappointed in Buffalo international logistics. My order from Firmoo has been returned without tracing claiming wrong address. I think their hands are full and they are in denial. I gave them my cell phone number but they send message on my landline work number. How stupit is that. When I call to make arrangement their number just keep me on waiting list when I am number 1.the massage says consultant not available. Ag man clean your mess or give jobs in the to others.
