POOR SERVICES AND FULL OF LIES

POOR SERVICE - ***** I honestly hate this company, I don't understand why they are still in business. I ordered clothes from SHEIN and paid for additional taxes. I was promised that my clothes would be delivered within 24 hrs . Every time when I enquire about my order, I get that my address was reachable, but my phone was not contactable which is all lies. if they can reach my addresses then why can the just enter the premises and ask for me because I gave them the company address and they are always a security at the entrance. Stop lying and deliver my parcel please.
