Poor services

Saturday morning buffalo sends a dispatch message. I was working that day, so couldn’t arrange for someone to take my delivery. I asked the guy to come to my workplace because I work two streets away from my home address. He refused to come and said I should change my delivery address on the website. I work shifts and I can’t predict on which day, they will come to drop off my package.
