Poor Service! Sies mahn🙄

I am very disappointed with Buffalo’s Customer Service and delivery team, I have had NO CALLS from drivers and each time the customer service team tries to blame it on me, the delivery ineffective is impossible since everyone was at home as well as had workers working outside, what is a bell for even? Do the drivers not think?! This is the first time Im having this issue and rest assured when I pick up my parcel in Kempton Park, I will be speaking to the manager! Putrid service ! I will be giving a bad rating on all social media as well, pick up your socks Buffalo!
