Poor service, Rude agent by the name of Jessie

What a terrible experience I had experienced. I spoke to a very RUDE Agent by the name of Jessie who spoke over me and dropped the without resolving me issue on top of that. The service I had received is so bad extremely terrible. I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks and the driver don’t even call all they do is returning my parcel without calling me. no sign of the courier company arriving at my place ,no phonecall, sms or anything. I checked the tracking number now and it says 'Return! Reason : unfinished delivery'. I have been calling throughout the week everyday asking about my parcel, all the agents are rude, no sense of urgency to my surprise. Every agent I spoke to said my matter has been escalated only to find out no escalation had been done. The very same Jessie informed me today. This has to be the worse logistic company ever! Don’t trust your business with them
