POOR SERVICE OF BUFFALO LOGISTICS

my order was shipped from China on the 14th of MARCH and it has been in Buffalo's HANDS. i was supposed to get my order on the 15th, they keep telling me that my delivery is failing but for what reason when my address is right thereeeee. You know what makes everything worse? the fact that I send them WhatsApps and THEY DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL.

IF SHEIN does not change a logistic company they have lost me as a customer.
