POOR SERVICE & LYING THAT I DIDNT ANSWER MY PHONE WHEN NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME!!!

I made an order with SHEIN which was confirmed by buffalo logistics on the 20th December 2023, according to the tracking details the driver picked up the order on the 29 and was to deliver to my address, same day the update changed to “order returned to warehouse because I didn’t answer my phone “ despite no record of a missed call on my side, the driver never attempted to call me nor come to my delivery address, I went to their website and a link directed me to where I had to update my address and phone number to which I wrote same details I wrote initially but upto this day there’s no delivery, I wrote an email and was told to be patient how the hell am I supposed to be patient with an order that was confirmed on the 20th? This is poor service guys you can do better, you need to do better.
