Poor service, lack of communication.
I paid my taxes two to three times before the system updated my tax information. It has been three months since I requested a refund, and I have not received it yet. In addition, their customer service is unresponsive - they don't answer calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, or reply to emails. This lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating.
