poor service from the courier service

I bought stuff from Shein and got an SMS from Buffalo to pay a fee of R 566.37 for duty fee on the 4th, send my proof of payment and even now nothing is happening, send numerous watsap to the *** with no joy, im not sure if i will even get my parcel or what
