Poor service from Buffalo Logistics

Buffalo logistics South Africa has the worst customer service ever and the attitude of their drivers and consultants stinks.

The are customers and certain areas that receive better service than some of us and I ask myself how do we differ since we are all customers.

It's funny that whenever I have a delivery and Buffalo is the courier for my delivery I have to sweat in order for me to get my order. They go as far as updating false information only because they don't want to deliver my parcel. It's the second I time I have the same problem with Buffalo and I wish Online stores like Shein can give us an option to choose which courier we want to deal with.
