Poor service from Buffalo logistics

I'm very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from Buffalo logistics. My order was shipped from China on 21 December but to date I have not received it. Twice on tracking it shows my parcel was returned back to warehouse in Johannesburg because my address suburb does not match. I was not even contacted by the driver to confirm anything when he/she was struggling with the address. My address is correct, I have used other online services and received my parcels with no hustle. I called the call center and was told I cannot change the address and there is nothing they can do. Now I want to understand what is their plan about my parcel then since they don't want to deliver it to me 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
