Poor service from Buffalo international logistics

I purchased stuff from shein on the 02/07/2022 and on the 10th July it was by Buffalo international logistics and its still there and everyday I'm phoning them but every person got a different story its very frustrating seeing that j placed a large order. Can anyone help me get mt order pls. Buffalo international logistics has no regard for customer service
