POOR SERVICE FROM BUFFALO

This company has very poor service. I ordered on the 24th of November and I still haven't received my parcel. They **** and said my parcel was with the third party express but when I called the third party express they said they haven't received it from Buffalo. I tried calling Buffalo many times but their phone doesn't even ring now. I don't even want to mention the number of times I sent them texts on Whatsapp with no response. I want my parcel!
