Poor service from Buffalo couriers

Buffalo international Logistics is most probably the worst courier in South Africa. It takes them more than 20days to deliver a parcel, and that's if you get it at all. You can't get through to them, but if you do, they not really interested helping you, or they give you false information. My parcel was handed over to a 3de party courier now, that's what I have been told via WhatsApp , but that is nearly 2 weeks later. Believe me if the courier was my choice, I will definitely not use them.
