Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the recent service from Buffalo. My parcel has been sitting in Johannesburg, yet I am being told it will only be delivered after 12 days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the parcel is already in the country. What is even more frustrating is the lack of accurate tracking information. The app shows that the parcel has been released from customs today, but I received an email stating that it is still being processed. These updates do not match at all, which makes the tracking system unreliable and confusing for customers. . Buffalo needs to improve both their delivery timelines and the accuracy of their tracking updates, as customers depend on this information to plan accordingly.
