POOR SERVICE ESPECIALLY DRIVERS!!!!

Without any notification whatsoever; I get a missed call @ 9:53 that the delivery guy attempted to deliver. @9:54 the same guy sent me a WhatsApp saying that Buffalo is dispatching my parcel and that I should receive it soon; at this point he was already at my gate and there was obviously no one at home because I was not expecting delivery. @10:17 I called him back to arrange delivery and bro; the rudeness!!! @11:44 I received a sms from Buffalo that parcel has been dispatched and delivery will be made within 48hours; this is 3 hours after the delivery guy left; This is unacceptable!!!! How was I supposed to know that delivery will be made today? Why not send the 48hours notification prior to delivery? Worst part Whilst trying to arrange receipt; he left! I called him back; the ARROGANCE and level of UNPROFESSIONALISM of that delivery guy is appalling!!!! The same way ur drivers are at work ; I also go to work; I cannot be expected to be sitting in the house 12 days until my order has arrive. This happens for the 2nd time to me. And I have had enough !!!!!!!!
