Poor service

Buffalo international logistics is the worst courier service, my parcel arrived on their warehouse and I had to send an email for them to send an invoice, waited another 5 days after I had paid for customs. Had to as them again what was holding my parcel it hasn't arrived till today. They providing poor service 😕😕😕
