poor service delivery from third party DPD LASER

As much as Buffalo is trying to provide good service to their clients the problem is their Third party service providers like DPD Laser, their service sucks, they have been sitting with my order for 5 days with no movement at all. their service sucks and this is happening for the third time, how I wish one can an an option when ordering from Shein not to use Buffalo cause the other service provider like Imile never had issues and they are fast and reliable. @Buffalo Logistics your Third party DPD is costing us money please fix the relationship is not funny at all.
