Poor service delivery

I just want to share my disappointment that Buffalo International Logistic provides very poor service. Reason why:

Buffalo Logistic has been able to deliver so many packages and we have repeatedly contacted them and changed the address and they still want to deliver the package to the wrong address. They have our contact details and won't even contact a person to ask send a live location to have your stuff delivered. If you contact them on a landline, it is so unclear to follow the options and then they are arrogant with a person because you are at the wrong department. They should have been able to deliver the package on Friday the 11th of October 2024 with no success because the address is wrong. How hard is it to put the right address on the system???? My tracking no is BUFZA6KJ17232KVYQ. No really Buffalo International Trading, get your system up to date and as well as how to answer a phone your service is POOR POOR!!!!!
