Poor service delivery

I ordered my daughter's Christmas clothes from Shein on 27 of November the following day I paid the taxes and duties for my order to be shipped, my parcel has been with Buffalo its been 3 weeks now, no communication or whatsoever from them up until to-date im still waiting for my order to be delivered, this is really ridiculous and frustrating, the level of service is pathetic and annoying.
