POOR service delivery

Buffalo was suppose to deliver my Shein Parcel I didn't get it instead got delivery confirmation that order was delivered with a **** signature dating days prior them notifying me that the deliver will take place. Trying to contact them is a problem they cant even provide turn around time or proper answers as to when i will get my parcel.
