Poor service delivery

Buffalo logistics is the worst of the worst ,I ordered my orders from shein on the 1st of June and till now no updates the last update is the parcel is out for delivery but I have never received it till now😑 when you call them they don’t answer emails no answer WhatsApp no comment , I am so disappointed at this point and I really need my parcel for an event
