POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND LIES

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Buffalo Logistics. I was eagerly awaiting a delivery that was scheduled for Saturday, 14 December 2024, but to my dismay, the delivery did not arrive as promised.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the delivery was not successful due to no one being home of which was a blatant lie as I was home and the parcel is now being sent back to the warehouse. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was unable to escalate the matter as there was no manager available on site. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.

I trusted Buffalo to deliver my package on time, and they have failed miserably.
