Poor service delivery

Customer service is terrible, they are rude and they are abrupt and they aren’t any help at all. My parcels are getting delivered after 6 at night, how is that acceptable ??? Been waiting almost two days for a parcel, with other companies it’s delivered within the same day, but with Buffalo logistics they are useless
