Poor service delivery

I received an Sms in the early hours of thursday 29 Dec 2021 to say that my parcel will be delivered on the day, with no specific time. I waited till i decided to go to our nearby mall. Umfortunatly i coundint hear my phone when it was ringing, only to find that the delivery guy has been contacting me. When i saw thier missed call i call them back, only to be told that i should came to nearby tax rank to collect my parcel or else he will cancel my order. I tried to show him that they were supposed to specify time on thier sms, he told me i should tell them that next time they should state the time on thier smses. So even when i writing this review i dont know if i will ever receive my parcel again or not. I have been trying to contact them on their landline and watsshap with no success. Pls assist because these really not good business.
