Poor service delivery

Worst experience ever, I don't know why sheiin uses this company, it's been over a month now since I paid their logistic fee and they tell me myy package is stuck at the airport, thiet client care is the worst whenever I call it's either they hang up on me or they can't help resolve my issue all I get is it's stuck at the airport
