Poor service delivery

This is the world’s worst logistics company. Their service delivery is terrible. SHEIN used them to deliver my order, which I was supposed to receive on September 30th. The driver ****, claiming he couldn’t reach me by phone, and then said I asked to reschedule the delivery to October 26th, which I never did. I’ve made countless calls to this terrible company, explaining that I didn’t reschedule, but no one is helping me. They’re all telling me different, nonsensical stories. Today is October 10th, and I’m still waiting for assistance.
