Poor service delivery
As soon as my parcel was received in SA from china it disappeared. No waybill for delivery and no tracking information. I called 3times already and no one is giving me a straight answer. I bought from snatcher and they use buffalo as courier. It's been 21 days now. I still don't have my parcel. BUFZA***YQ
