POOR SERVICE

I ordered thing from Shein in July and when it arrived in South Africa i had to pay taxes so inpaid the taxes in August. They kept on saying that i didn’t pay so i sent them a proof of payment on their whatsapp number. a month later they still haven’t rep**** so i sent them another whatsapp which was also left unread. I have wated so long and my package still hasn’t arrived. Super disappointed and don’t know when i will get my package.
