Poor service

I have placed my order on shein on the 30th od September. And on the 09 of October I received an email saying wrong address.i tried to email them,call and send whatsapp message but no response. When I get hold of them on the call. Us neither they tell me they will fix it.on Friday the 11th of October I called on of the agent give me an attitude. On the 15th when i called they told me my address was updated but it was given to a wrong driver. At this point I think they are lying to me .and I will be doing back and forth with them Buffalo logistics have a bad service jhee
