Poor service

I have placed an order at Shien , Buffalo international is the company distributor, I have paid Tax on the 19 Nov used my order number as a reference I didn't see the reference number provided until I had paid. I have called them foe 3 weeks now and u am told they will load it manually and I should give them 3 to 4 weeks but to date I haven't recieved my order and no response from them.
