Poor Service

I'm very dissapointed in Buffalo Logistics. I ordered a big package from Shein. On Monday 7th October they told me that my parcel will be dispatched within 48 hours. I called them to advise that I will not be home on the 08th October as I have a medical and they informed me that they can hand it over to my neighbor. Yesterday morning I informed my security of this so that they are aware of this. Yesterday afternoon i get a notification to advise me that they tried to deliver but the couldn't track the consignee, however I had no phone call from anyone trying to deliver the package. I called Buffalo Logistics held on for over 10 minutes and the lady was not helpful at all. I need this package as it is a very big order. I'm very dissapointed in how they handled the situation and now my parcel is back in the warehouse.
