Poor service

Iam so disappointed with Buffalo international logistic company, who were suppose to deliver my stuff on 18th june but they keep on lying that my contact details are not available, while my phone is on and receiving all other calls. I have been calling also their diffirent consultant maybe 8 times.but they keep on saying one and the same thing wait 24 hours, 48 hours...If i were to choose for my self from shein the other delivery company, I would have chosen another one. I am not happy.
