Poor service

Buffalo international service is poor and inconvenience. I'm waiting for my parcel and driver called for delivery and request to move time as I was at work. I was told to reschedule on the portal which I did, the portal should have time availability between 8-17:00pm like other service provider and this service should be done before dispatch so that we can be available as indicated. We are working and their driver's are not even professional like others. After rescheduled for the following day, I waited and called their office I was told the delivery will be made yesterday, it was not delivered. Today is the 8th am as a shift worker will be at work after midday I haven't received my parcel as per their schedule yesterday there was no communication whatsoever, their WhatsApp is not active as no one is replying to our messages. How will I get my parcel? I called the office again today spoke to Mbali who said there is nothing he can do as the system only shows that the parcel will be delivered today. I asked her to contact drivers regarding availability as their portal does not provide it, or rather leave them a message, she said it's impossible to do any of the two options. Quiet a number of delivery services have a better and convenient service and this is the poorest I've ever seen. Discouraged to make use of them again. Driver's attitude very bad maybe if I was white things could have been better. Disgusted
