Poor service

Paid customs on the 7th of August they asked id copy bank statement i submitted them but since then i haven't had from them. I made thousand calls and emails with no luck. They don't evn respond to emails. Its amonths waiting for my order. They are *********** and very unprofessional. And i'm about to give up now🥲.
