Poor service by Buffalo Logistics

Worst service ever, I ordered clothes from SHEIN paid tax and after that for 5days my parcel was in one place. Eventually it moved and was picked up on the 3rd December 2022 and today evening of the 5th December 2022 I am still waiting. Emails are not answered and when you call you hold on for many hours. Poorest service ever SHEIN should consider taking another logistics company. Ohh then they will charge you duty, service fee and doc & Transfer surcharge but still deliver poor service to people
