Poor service Buffalo logistics. BUFZA***YQ

Good day, I am frustrated and very disappointed in buffalo. On 4May I ordered from SHEIN,my order arrived in SA 08May, 11 May I payed vat n tax .They have been with my parcel for 14 days and have not updated since 12 May. I called their call centre ,they were able to see the proof of payments i had sent them via emails because I could not upload nor make payment on their website .They had promised it will be updated after 48hours and will be notified when it will arrive . It’s passed 48hours and am still getting sms that I haven’t paid duty fee. The package contains very important items that are going to be needed for my sisters wedding this weekend . As a result we had to now spend more . This experience has left a bitter taste and i have made a decision to no longer buy from SHEIN :(
