Poor Service Buffalo logistics

I have ordered on shein 27 Feb 2022, the estimated date of delivery by Buffalo logistics was 19-21 March, until now when I check my status it is stucked on cleared on transit, I have payed tax and everything, I tried to call them they haven't picked up, until yesterday they answered and told me my product are at airport JHB they will deliver but nothing yet,it is a poor service indeed may I get assistance please on this matter, my Order no is BUFZA***YQ, I live at Mpumalanga
