Poor Service Buffalo International Logistics

I decided to post this after 2 weeks of trying to sort out a query. I followed the steps on Shein regarding a refund, I had to send a package back for a refund to Buffalo International Logistics which was received on the 28th September already. I have been calling and sending emails and I am just being ignored. I call and the say they will get back to me, but no one does. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I don't know what to do anymore and who to contact!
