Poor service

Monday the 07 April was supposed to receive my parcels from TEMU without luck everyday they gave me new stories ,yesterday I’ve been told that the bakkie got broken therefore my parcels went back to warehouse to my surprise when I call today the guy said to me my parcels delivered to Soshanguve and am not staying there
