Poor service
Review: Buffalo Logistics - Unacceptable Service and Total Operational Failure Rating: 1/5 Stars (Avoid at all costs) My experience with Buffalo Logistics has been utterly infuriating and demonstrates a critical failure in both their service execution and internal management. I received a notification that my order was "out for delivery," so I ensured I was available and waited patiently for its arrival. After hours of waiting, I was suddenly hit with a notification that my package was being "returned to the warehouse." There was absolutely no attempt to contact me, no knock, no call, and no message explaining the situation. Driver Negligence and Lack of Professionalism The driver clearly failed to do their job properly—not just by failing the delivery, but by failing to attempt any communication whatsoever. When a delivery cannot be completed, the industry standard is to at least call the customer, send an SMS, or leave a physical notice. The fact that the driver simply marked the delivery as failed and returned the item without making any effort to connect with me is evidence of sheer negligence and a complete disregard for the customer's time. The consequence of this failure is a frustrating and entirely unnecessary delay: I have now been told I must wait another 48 to 72 hours for a second attempt. This shows Buffalo Logistics has no urgency in correcting their own mistakes. Systemic Failure and Zero Accountability My frustration peaked when I contacted the call centre to find out what happened and get some resolution. The response I received was staggering: the agent claimed they "don't know who the driver is" and "have no contact details to for the driver." This is not a customer service issue; this is a systemic operational breakdown. * No Control: A logistics company that cannot identify or communicate with the person physically holding my package has zero control over its own final-mile delivery process. * Enabling Failure: This policy effectively shields the negligent driver from accountability. They can fail a delivery without consequence because the company itself cannot track or question them about the attempt. * Customer Helplessness: As a customer, I am left completely helpless, unable to resolve the issue or even confirm if a genuine attempt was made, because the company has intentionally cut off all lines of accountability and communication. I strongly urge anyone considering using Buffalo Logistics to look elsewhere. Their process is fundamentally flawed, and their lack of operational oversight and accountability means that your time and delivery are at the mercy of completely unsupervised and unprofessional drivers.
