Poor service

Ref number BUFZA***YQ I have paid double with regards to Customs duty. Send an email requesting a refund. NO RESPONSE. Order from SHEIN has NOT being delivered since February. I get a message from SHEIN saying Buffalo says they could not find my address. No call received from them!!!
