POOR SERVICE!!!

Terrible courier company. Tells you your parcel has been dispatched, meantime they only dispatch the following day. Then they deliver to a third party logistics company in another town, without being truthful about it, instead of delivering straight ti your doorstep. Will never order anything from Shein International again. You pay for expedite service, then 2 weeks later, you still don't have what you paid for. This parcel arrived in the country on the 28th March, in Johannesburg, its now the 8th April, still no parcel. Instead its sitting with another logistics company in Pretoria, to be delivered within Pretoria, which we were told to only expect delivery a week later. What the heck? How can service be so pathetic!
