Poor service at Buffalo logistics

I bought some items from Temu in May 2024. My parcel got lost. I made several calls and emails to buffalo logistics until they refund me for the tax and customs in October 2024. The biggest issue now is that they don’t want to send me the lost letter so that I can continue with my claim From Temu.
