Poor service and late delivery

Buffalo logistics has had my shein order not delivered for over 10 days now. They dont answer calls and don’t even communicate. My order had been in their depot this whole entire time and I cant even communicate with them because of their poor service. Butfalo should just be removed from working with shein, its a bad company with poor service.
