Poor service and lack of communication

This is the worst logistics company ever I have been waiting for my order from Temu since the 7th of June this is really unprofessional and at this point I am not even sure if I will get my order. I tried contacting them via call and WhatsApp on WhatsApp I get automated messages and through call I can't even reach them
