Poor service and ignorance

Such an ******** company. I have been waiting for my order for too long now and it is frastrating me, I've been patient enough and seems like I won't get it anytime soon and what's worse is that I can't even cancel the order and get my money back. I ordered on the 29th of March now it's the 15th of April. I have ran out of patience. This is unfair. It keeps going back and forth to ITT company I don't know what is wrong because my details are okay. They are just making up stuff. They don't even communicate with me, they ignore my emails and calls.
