Poor service and false information

When I check my status it says the driver came and wasn't around while I was there all day I did not even got an Email,SMS,whatsapp or a phone call notification from a driver saying he was here and on top of that I'm the one calling and following up it's been days then that when I call them they keep on saying tomorrow I can't even get guidance to fetch it by the warehouse or something forward from this I wouldn't recommend someone to use them they service Don't even deserve that one star rating like there is now way forward about them and you can't even get the drivers numbers
