POOR SERVICE AND CONSTANT LIES

Please please help my I was told my order will be delivered on Monday the 8th by Buffalo. On Sunday I tracked it and it was with a third party when i called Monday it hadn't even left the warehouse. I offered to even collect myself because I need it by Wednesday. No one wants to assist I keep getting lies and rude service. Please I will collect My parcel I urgently need itBUFZA***YQ
